CARE instructions
Your cookies are shipped frozen. This keeps cookies fresh and formed during transit. They will likely arrive at your door partially frozen.

You may want to dig in right away – totally acceptable! If you prefer a chewy cookie, we recommend allowing the cookies to sit at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours before digging in!
FRIDGE: Cookies are best stored in a cool, dry spot. We recommend the fridge if cookies are not eaten within 5 days of unboxing. Keep sealed.
FREEZER: Cookies hold four to six months in the freezer. We've tested it, and promise this does not change your flavor experience. Make sure to store in seal tight container in freezer.

Orders shipped Monday – Friday. If Saturday or Sunday shipment is needed, please contact us via phone or email.
